Testing

Once your site is built, it's not quite ready for release. There's one more thing to do, and that's testing. There are two areas we test with each site:
  1. Technical: This tests to make sure there are no "bugs" with your site. Often, a constant process, thorough bug testing up front will prevent overwhelming problems down the road.
  2. Usability: The best site in the world is useless if people can't get around, use the site, and understand the message. We make sure that your site "works" by testing it with people who were not involved in the development process.

Frequently Asked Questions about System Setup:

How do you charge for this process?
Testing is billed at an hourly rate.
Can I volunteer people to test?
Certainly! We actually would love for you to provide testers for your site. We will not, however, provide compensation for their testing time.
